PROJECT: FIRST ITERATION OF MVP, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DASHBOARD
The MVP was a BI dashboard that empowers managers and team leads to have strategy and prioritization conversations with business partners and internal team members by presenting prospective views of business and technical data in an integrated, accurate, relational, insightful, easily consumable, and actionable way.  I was hired as a UX consultant by a design consultancy, as part of a remote engineering team, to contribute to the development of a business intelligence tool for a large US telecommunications conglomerate that was going through an organizational transformation as part of a merger at the time. The tool's business outcome would be rebranding and repositioning of the client's department as a product and value center in the company.
WHAT I DID FOR DESIGN CONSULTANCY / CLIENT COMPANY
+ Reviewed existing documentation and platforms in use, and similar products in market.
+ Interviewed stakeholders, including executive leadership, product managers and owners, technical team members, and end-users.

+ Highlighted UX priorities, target audiences / user profiles and relevant tasks, workflows, and data.
+ Delivered and presented a Key Findings report with MVP product epic and functionality; interview results; a snapshot of the current situation; stakeholder pains, needs, and current hacks; UX priorities and next steps for the first iteration of the product.
+ Prepared low-fidelity wireframes to be shared with the client in determining functionality and designs for the first iteration of MVP.
+ Prepared low-fidelity wireframes to be shared with front-end engineers for light guidance on UI.
